Work With Us
Embark on a journey of incredible personal and professional growth. Join the thousands working with Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) India in providing professional medical services to people in crisis around the globe. MSF currently provides medical assistance in more than 65 countries, in emergency situations caused by armed conflict, epidemics and disasters.

Due to the changing nature of humanitarian challenges, MSF also works increasingly with people living in situations of chronic poverty and ongoing exclusion from basic medical care. These medium and longer-term projects now comprise the majority of MSF missions.
Annually, around 3,000 international volunteers join local MSF staff helping populations in danger. They bring motivation, professional abilities and practical experience to projects in more than 65 countries.
MSF overseas volunteers often live and work in very difficult conditions. The work is tough and demanding, but the rewards are immense.
MSF also recruits people with a non-medical background to fill a variety of support and coordinator roles. Click here to see vacancies overseas
Most of MSF’s project staff is recruited locally. Occasionally, when medical staff is not available in the MSF project areas, we do recruit from other states in India. For such vacancies, we welcome applicants from across India. We announce these vacancies in local newspapers, the MSF India website and through various other media. Click here see vacancies in India
